Carlos Leite

Carlos Leite is the Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Portugal since 2015 and also is the Southern Europe Head of Partner Sales, since November 2020 (Spain, Greece, Israel, Italy and Portugal).

From 2012 to 2015, he was responsible for the Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services business units. With the responsibility of developing the entire business of enterprise technology solutions that included infrastructure, services and consulting in the Portuguese market, he assumed the management of all sales teams, pre-sales, business units and delivery in this area.

Previously, he held the position of Commercial Director of the Business Market. Carlos Leite joined HP in 2003 and embraced the challenge of leading the business unit of servers and storage, being responsible for managing the resources of specialized sales, pre-sales and alliances, also managing the relationship of HP Portugal with System Integrators and Software Partners.

His career in sales management precedes his entry into HP, having held the positions of Sales and Marketing Director at Nexenter Portugal and Commercial Director at WorldCom. In an early stage of his career he worked at Digital/Compaq as Sales Manager in the Partners area. Years before, he had also been Account Manager at Unisys and Bull for the Public and Financial sectors. Later, at Sun Microsystems he was Account Manager for the Industry, Telecom and Financial markets, having participated in the initial team that launched the company in Portugal. 

He has more than 25 years of sales and management experience in multinational companies in the IT industry and he is graduated in Organization and Business Management.
