Chief Sustainability Officer, Allianz

Line Hestvik is the Allianz Group’s first Chief Sustainability Officer where she is responsible for implementing the Group’s global sustainability strategy in all markets. As one of the world’s largest financial service providers, Allianz seeks to act as a catalyst for a more sustainable future by offering products and solutions with positive climate and societal impact across the different businesses of the Group.

From 2013 to 2021, Line headed the Global P&C business of Allianz, improving excellence in pricing, underwriting, products and claims. Prior to joining Allianz, Line worked in the P&C industry in the Nordic region, her last role as Head of Private Customer Segment of If P&C. Having worked in finance and insurance for over 20 years, Line is passionate about leveraging the industry’s competent and motivated employees to create strong societal impact to drive change for a more sustainable tomorrow.
